• Carrying out facility audits and jobsite inspections by all levels of management including an annual Corporate Safety Audit.
• Providing obligatory training to assist employees in recognizing possible dangers, emergency response measures and behaviours, foreman’s guidance sessions, and regular tool box discussions.
• Hands-on safety planning by carrying out job hazard analysis and specific safety plans in our facilities and on our jobsites.
• Assigning safety responsibilities to qualified individuals to insure that ALUPLEX’s policies are conducted at each facility and jobsite.
• Suggesting shop and field workers monthly safety incentives for individual safe behaviour and regular appreciation of safety performance.
• Detailed mishap/near miss investigation and record to aid with accident prevention.
